Chino Hills Respite Care Program

$150 per day for a fully furnished Private Studio

Daily rate includes all meals, maintenace, utilities, activities and 24-hour staffing. Same day check in may be available and long-term care insurance policies may cover some of the cost.

Residents also have peace-of-mind knowing they have the option of Oakmont of Chino Hills's Signature in-home care.  Offering the best care available and staff who become like family, our care keeps you safe in the comfort of your own room. A wide array of services are offered and tailored to suit each residents needs.  Professional staff provides individual assistance and are available 24-hours a day.
